Terms & Conditions
Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the padel court facility ("Facility") provided by Deuce Padel Club, its staff, or agents ("Provider") to anyone booking or using the courts, whether as a player or guest ("Customer"). By making a booking or using the Facility, the Customer agrees to follow these terms.

Booking and Payment
1. Customers must book the Facility in advance, either via the website or directly with the Facility, subject to availability.
2. Accurate and complete information is required during the booking process, including the preferred date, time, and booking duration.
3. Payments must be made in person, unless otherwise arranged with the Provider. Fees are non-refundable unless specified differently in this Agreement.
4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel bookings without prior notice.

Facility Use
1. Customers must adhere to their reserved time slot.
2. Proper attire, including a shirt and non-marking footwear designed for racket sports, is required on the court and within the Facility.
3. Customers can bring their own padel equipment, such as rackets and balls. The Provider may offer equipment rentals subject to availability and additional charges. Tennis balls are not allowed.
4. Customers must follow all safety guidelines from the Provider and behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
5. The Provider can refuse service, cancel bookings, or deny access to the Facility for any Customer who violates the Agreement, engages in unsafe behavior, or jeopardizes the safety of others or the Facility.
6. Alcohol and pork products are not allowed on the premises.

Cancellations and Refunds
1. All bookings are non-refundable, and payment is due whether or not the Customer completes the booking.
2. The Provider may cancel a booking at its discretion due to safety concerns or other unforeseen issues and will try to reschedule or provide a refund.
3. Customers can contact support to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before their booking.

Liability and Indemnity
1. Customers understand that using the Facility is at their own risk, and activities may result in injury, permanent disability, or death. The Provider is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during use, and the maximum liability is limited to the booking fee paid.
2. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims or damages related to their use of the Facility or violation of this Agreement.
3. Padel is a physically demanding game. If the Customer feels unwell, they must stop playing and seek medical help. The Customer assumes the risks involved in the activity, including those from fast-moving objects and bodies, and agrees to wear appropriate sports gear to minimize the chance of injury. Failure to do so is at the Customer’s own risk, and they indemnify the Provider against any related claims.

Racket Rentals
1. The Customer is fully responsible for any rented padel racket(s), including any loss, damage, or theft during the rental period.
2. The Customer must use the rented racket(s) according to the safety guidelines provided.
3. The rented racket(s) must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. Any damage beyond this will be the Customer's responsibility.
4. In case of damage, the Customer agrees to pay K1,000 per damaged racket.
5. Late returns may incur additional charges.
6. The Customer acknowledges the risks associated with using padel rackets, including injury, and agrees to use the equipment responsibly. The Provider is not liable for any injuries during the rental period.
7. Payment for racket rental is due at the time of hire.
8. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation.
